What If It's Raining?
Occasionally it does rain so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to be set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it’s raining hard and the wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment and reschedule your service.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment?
Yes, we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extensions for both water and electricity as long as 100 feet so it’s easy for us to access power as well as electricity.
What If I Don't Have Access to Water or Electricity?
If you don’t have access to water or electricity, we’ve got you covered. Contact us at 831.707.4586 to schedule an appointment at our shop located in Watsonville. There are many options for dropping off your car, you can either have a friend drop off your car with you so they could give you a ride home while you’re waiting for it to be cleaned, or you can use Uber/Lyft.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.
Is There a Rescheduling Fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.
Is Tipping Normal? If So, How Much?
Yes, tipping is normal in the industry. However, there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialists.
What If I'm Not Satisfied With My Detail?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
Is Deluxe Detail Licensed and Insured?
Yes we are! Currently insured for up to $250k in general liability damage. Licensed in California State.

How Long Does The Detail Usually Take?
Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtiness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1-2 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-2.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 2-3.5 hours for a Full Detail job.
How Long Will The Clean Last?
At Deluxe Detail, we pride ourselves in how long we are able to keep your car clean even after we are done detailing. We generously apply various paint, window, and plastic sealants and protectants all over your car to keep it shining and protected for longer. We like to give our customers a lot of value for their money and making the detail job last a long time is our priority.
