Occasionally it does rain so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle any weather. Because the canopy needs some space to be set up, there will have to be at least 5 feet of clearance around the vehicle. If it\u2019s raining hard and the wind is above 20 miles per hour we may need to postpone our appointment and reschedule your service.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Yes, we can! All we need is access to electricity and water. We carry extensions for both water and electricity as long as 100 feet so it’s easy for us to access power as well as electricity.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you cancel before 48 hours you will not have to pay the cancelation fee.<\/p>\n

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.<\/p>\n

We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking appointment will be charged $40 to make up for the lost time slot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, tipping is normal in the industry. However, there is no suggested amount or percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Car Care Specialists.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each detail takes a different amount of time depending on the size and dirtiness of the vehicle. On average it takes 1-2 hours for an Exterior Detail job. It takes 1.5-2.5 hours for an Interior Detail job, and it takes 2-3.5 hours for a Full Detail job.<\/span><\/p>\n
